I get a very bad video lag when i am using samsung tab S tm705.

Is there any recommended setting for this device?

That's the S1 tab, it's not a supported device. Essentially it doesn't have the horsepower you need. Recommended setting would be to get a better device. I know, I had the TM-708V which is your device with Verizon cellular, was not up to the task.
