Hi DJI,

Yesterday I took my defected P4 battery which is stated "Cell Broken" in the GO app to a local dealer, FLYCAMPRO. And they refused to start warranty process, they said the battery warranty period is 3 months after purchased day. Really? I looked over the internet and there's no information about battery warranty period. This battery came with my P4, in the box.

So I wonder what is warranty period for:
1. In the box battery?
2. Extra battery which is bought as accessories?

Well, they are wrong, the warranty on the P4 battery is 6 months with less than 200 charge cycles. See here: http://www.dji.com/service/policy

I'm waiting for reply from DJI staffs, they stated on their page that warranty period may vary according to local laws and regulations.

Could you please clarify your current firmware version of RC and aircraft?
Have you tried to discharge and full-charge the battery?

Hi Mindy,

Here's my firmware details:
- AC: 1.02.0602
- RC: 1.8.0
- App: iOS 3.1.0

I've tried to discharge and full-charge several times. But the result is remain unchanged.
