Ethereal is an experimental film shot in the remote, breathtaking Icelandic Highlands that combines aerial cinematography with timelapse and hyperlapse. Experience unique parts of Iceland few get to explore from a entirely new perspective: aerial motion timelapse. Shot with the Inspire 1.
Locations include: Askja, Eyjafjallajökull, Kerlingarfjöll, Landmannalaugar, Thórsmörk, Vatnajökull, and Stokksnes.
Thanks for watching! This was shot using the raw video on the X5R as the timelapse mode's intervals are too slow. All frames are individual raw images processed using LRTimelapse, Lightroom, After Effects and Premiere.
Thanks! I love Jokulsarlon as well but it is so over shot. While I have tons of footage from my 13 trips to Iceland, I tried to keep much of the film to places few people go.

Gorgeous vision man!
I'd love to try this technique one day.
Just to be clear, are these all stills that you processed into a video or was it shot as a video?
If you could elaborate on how you did it it would be awesome.
