Curious story. On our 'Marktplaats' (Kind of Craigslist) found an ad this morning: a guy bought 10 Mavics' and have still 9 available for reselling at 1199 euro a piece. What the heck is going on?

It's still very difficult to buy one in the Netherlands. Apple has changed estimated delivery dates to 31st of March :-(

No, March is no option for me. Mavic Pro V2 (just my thoughts) will be released at that time. I'll wait. I need a Mavic for my motorcycle trip to Cape North in Norway in June. I go for V2 or rent a V1.
In march I visit Florida for a 5-day businesstrip. That's an option to buy one too.

That sounds like a crappy life Cape north is still high on my wishlist!
I don't think (and hope) that V2 will be introduced that shortly after V1, but w'll see.

I dont think they will release a v2 when there are people still in line for the Mavic pro.

NavigatorNL. I'm in the same situation as you. I live more or less next door of Droneland (official DJI dealer in the Netherland) , and they have no clue when they get the +1000 order in! :-/

I'll be  going over to my sister in the US beginning next year for one month. I might get one there.

Put the Mavic in your suitcase and sent the empty box by UPS.......
