Yesterday I timed out seven times during my attempt to fix the compass on my P3S.  I had ICE, Jonathan, Nicke, Mark and a girl whose name I forget..........

Each time I ended up back behind about 3 other people who I suspect were timing out as well.

It appears that DJI needs to hire many people who have some knowledge about these drones.

The problem is in translation. Request to open a ticket first and once you completely document your complaint and the steps you have taken to troubleshoot the issue, your case will be assigned to a consultant that knows your language. Check your email. That may take a day or so but at least the freaking copy and paste responses will end.
