I truly don't know what to think about this company and how they operate ? I ordered my p4p on the 18th status has shown for three days now pay confirmed but nothing happened, people who have ordered on the 20th from DJI have theirs already. Does anyone working there know how stuff like this happens or do you even care, it just seems like you don't really care I mean after all you won't take calls direct everybody to the internet tried to email and was also told to go to DJI site and GO TO CHAT ROOM. WENT TO CHAT ROOM AND WAS TOLD 72 people waiting thanks for understanding the message read   REALLY

What exactly did you order, I know if you ordered P4 pro with screen those are taking a little longer, also there might be a problem if you ordered accessories.

I've never experienced such inept customer service. A friend of mine was told last night his shipment (P4P+) will be shipped "some time next week". He woke up this morning with a shipment notification from DHL. Great news for him, but it proves how little the 'support' knows in chat.

And, I am still waiting after ordering 16/11 – a day before my friends was ordered, go figure!

I just missed my delivery.    The dimwitted postal lady took my note down for the Fedex guy and so he wasn't able to deliver it.    I will have to wait a few hours before I can go to the Fedex facility to pick it up.  It's worth the drive though!

Yeah i no. Everytime i go to cancel my order i keep thinking what if it was gunna ship today. Took 8 days to get a refund on the extra battery

I got my P4Pro in less than a week. But first I ordered the aircraft with an extra battery and an ND-filter. Then I read on this forum that 'combined' orders would be slower in delivery so I cancelled and ordered the Pro only without the extra battery and filter.
As said it took just 4 days before I had it in my house....

Aloha Spacetrucker,

     At a minimum, DJI uses three parcel post companies for its deliveries, FedEx, UPS and DHL.  Each company has its own logistical issues and handles them in their own way according to their contract with DJI.  The FedEx Hub is in Tennessee, the UPS Hub is in Kentucky and DHL has its new hub at Cincinnati / Northern Kentucky Airport.  If one or more of the companies performs poorly in this and the Mavic delivery scenarios, I am sure that their contract will get reviewed.  So, to think that times would be equal for each delivery would be to assume that only one company has the contract with DJI.

     If the two orders are completely separate with separate order numbers, then you can expect your P4 Pro first, by a long shot.  Canceling the battery order anyway just hedges your bet which may not hurt under the circumstances.  Good Luck!  At least the spigot is open and the orders are pouring out!

This is my first DJI experience and it is laughable. I don't even care if it gets delayed, I understand demand, shipping, and other issues. My problem is you can't get a return email in over a week? I went through the GoPro Karma recall and they were awesome with customer service. If we could somehow morph DJI's drones that don't fall out of the sky randomly and GoPro's customer service... we would really have something special. DJI should just buy them out for their customer service and sell the other parts.

I kinda want a proper update on my order. I ordered it a few hours after the announcement and I have had no update. Order Number 0610237892193
