To those who ordered extra items with their Mavic

Has anybody who ordered their Mavics (not the combo) and added on accessory items at the time, received those extra items yet?  In my case, I ordered on September 30, and received the Mavic on November 10, but I'm still waiting on the extra items (battery, extra props, and the charging hub).  That's now 61 days and counting.

Other than try to email DJI, there appears to be no online reference to the missing items status that I could check on.  Anyone else get their extra items yet?

I place my order for the mavic on the 29th.  Couple days later i ordered a battery and a couple other smaller items. Received my mavic a couple weeks back. No word on the other stuff yet

I ordered the combo and also ordered some extra props and a wire.   ordered both on 10/30   the small parts came 2 or 3 weeks before the combo     go figure ?

I'm getting the feeling that the main backordered items are the batteries and perhaps the charging hubs.  Props seem to be readily available from 3rd party re-sellers (I got a couple of pairs a week ago with no problem).  Just wish there were updates put out by DJI (where have we heard that before?).

I ordered my mavic on the first day,   received it in the first batch that wen out,  ordered a battery a case and props,  the next morning,  received it last Friday afternoon,    I think the issue is that batteries are in short supply    so  my extra items were ordered on 9/28  if your order was after that,  should be coming soon,

Edit: BTW did you receive any notice of shipping for the extra items before they showed up?

yes,  got the same type of stuff I did with the Mavic,   Took it over to my son's place in Idaho,  kept it in beginner mode,   I had a vision  years ago,   Flew like a dream,  did not have the extra battery then,  but did get 4 flights  with recharges,   Got back home dji package arrived  but have not been able to get back out  rain, rain, rain,  and  then it started to rain,,,,lol   I am in Washington,,, its that time of year,,,,  good luck,  happy droning,  Ron

Ordered an extra battery and charging hub.  It's now 30 days plus since i placed the order.  Still shows "pending"

Can someone from the DJI Moderators help me out with this?  My Mavic was delivered on November 10 but I'm still waiting on the extra items (battery, extra props, and the charging hub) that were ordered at the same time (September 30).  I got a canned email back from online sales support (which told me nothing), and then no further answers to my follow-up email.  There is no way to check online the status of a partially remaining order.  It's been almost a month since the Mavic was delivered, and 68 days since my initial order went in to DJI direct waiting on these accessories.  In the meantime, batteries, props, etc. are becoming available from numerous third party vendors.  My original order number is 001200435269.

Hey Ken quick question, When you fly at Weir Canyon rd do you notify "SCE SERRANO SUBSTATION" Due to the Heliport?

No, but I usually only fly there to test and I fly close to the ground.
In the little valley I fly in there's no heliport.

So after 75 days from my initial order, I received the remaining accessory items that were not shipped along with the Mavic back on November 10.  Interestingly, the items (a battery, 2 sets of props, and the charging hub) were shipped from the California service center location, and not out of China.
