Phantom will no longer connect to wifi

Hello, I am hoping someone can help me. I have been flying my drone for a couple years now, and have never been able to keep my wifi connection, as soon as I fly 10 or so feet away, my wifi disconnects. I just learned to fly without it since I could'nt figure out how to fix it, and I do quite well. I have just reread my manual, and it makes much more sence to me now, so I decided to try and rename my Rangefinder Extender SSID, with the hopes that I could fix the problem. So following the instruction, I created a name, and filled in the line with Phantom_mynewname, then the next step, entering the last 6 digits of my MAC address, and touched OK. Well, for whatever reason, my phantom's wifi no longer show up, at all, when I try to connect. I tried to enter my recently change phantom_mynewname to search for it, nothing, I tried the original phantom name, nothing, I tried my Ipad instead of my iphone, nothing.
So, because I can't connect to the Phantoms wifi, I can't even try the sequence again to redo it. Is there a way to perhaps reset it?? or what ever??

OK, so I tried this, ( a few times ) and I get no response at all, no beeps, and sadly did not fix it. Any other ideas??  Should I try to rebind my phantom and Range Extender?

Thanks, I did manage to rebid successfully thx, I still loose visual on my phone, but at least I can fry again.

If still no improvement, I'd suggest you to send it in for further evaluation.
