My videos are showing really bad aliasing/moire in 4k/30fps and 2k/24fps. Is there something wrong with my settings or camera? I have sharpness set to -1

It looks fine to me coming from a camera that's so small, it's never going to be to the levels of the P4 and that, but on a side note you are being a bit silly flying when you did in my personal view, it looks very windy and rain looks to be due any sec and i can not see the drone and water getting along.

The video looks really annoying and terrible to watch. It's worse on other videos that I have recorded.

Also, the Mavic handles really well in this wind condition and i've only brought it up for less than a minute to test the video settings.

It looks quite good here too, it does seem to depend on how you are viewing it.
You might try sharpening on -2 and contrast saturation both -1 if using default none setting.
If you can view it on a 4K TV you might be surprised how artefacts have magically disappeared.

I am viewing it on my MacBook pro which isn't 4k. Should I try downsampling the video to 1080p or recording at 1080 to see if that makes a difference?

I see nothing wrong. Must be your display and the resolution you are looking at.

I have concluded that it very well is my screen because i don't see it when I view it on my iPhone 7. That is very good to know. I thought that I was doing something wrong.

Yes. It is very apparent. I can easily see a fair amount of aliasing and moire in the rooftops of every building in your video. This is a common problem with cameras of this size and type, and a very common complaint of the Mavic, especially.

thats strange because on my laptop its really good, exceptionally clear of Allaising ????   so it can be only one of two things,   1) different screens and processing produce different results .   or   2) the eye of the beholder see's it differently ?????

It sure flies nice in a hurricane - good to know!

Yep, watch 4k on a 4k screen.  Otherwise it's like stuffing 16 clowns in a VW Bug.
