So we bought E1200 arms ($3,000) worth and half of them will not connect the the updater program.

Some of them were on old firmware and when we connected, then upgraded they too will not not connect to the program.

Can someone respond from DJI?

So there is a fix to this apparently if you unplug the signal wire then the ESC will connect properly.
