Hi guys fairly new here I have flown a few flights and recharging the rc has been no problem, but I tried recharging last night and would only get to 78 % . I unplug the charger and plug it back in but will only charge for a minute or two, then I have to repeat that process, I have no idea what the problem could be, all help or advice would be greatly appreciated thank you.

How long have you had this unit? To clarify, your Phantom 4's batteries are able to charge fully without issue, correct?

Yes the phantom battery is fine just the rc last couple of days

It's probably a hardware issue.
Could you please make a short video of this issue?

Not sure about a video as all lights go off Asif it is fully charged but every time i unplug it and plug it back in it charges that littl bit more for a minute or two then i have to repeat the process

In the dji app it only says so much charged  but not full

I just got RC back from DJI for the same issue. They replaced with new one.
My case number is CAS-318058-D1H2F4 if you want to verify what I am saying.

The strangest things lol just had a rc firmware update when i powered up now it seems to be charging. Thank you

Sorry my bad it is still not fully charging. I have sent dji support an email. Hope they can come up with something
