Hi,

I'm the proud owener of a new DJI Osmo handle, I tried activating it and it won't let me do it.
I receive the error: Invalid Device.
Any idea on how to do it? I tried on an Android phone (Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge) and on my iPad Mini 4.

Found the best solution, the unit was send back and I'll receive a replacement. Happy-happy, joy-joy!
