Hello,
I live in the UK and requested a return address over a week ago (before i had even received the Osmo Mobile). I have sent multiple e-mails and STILL havent received a return address.
I am aware of my rights under the Distance Selling Regulations and feel like DJI are trying to prevent me from returning the item on time.
This is a great concern as I have also spent £1100 on a Mavic Pro and I have received no information on its delivery despite multiple emails yet again. This fills me with very little confidence in the warranty I paid extra for if im not even able to return a simple item.
Please advise on what i can do. It should NOT be this difficult to return an item.
