There is no app for the basic Phantom 2 as it does not have wifi.
The Vision app is only for the Phantom 2 Vision and Vision Plus.

Just as Harbourside said, there is no APP for phantom 2.

The gopro app will work but I wouldn't recommend it.
The gopro 3+ onwards can do wifi stream to GoPro app. However, its laggy and has about 20m realistic range.
It is also dangerous as the 2.4ghz wifi on the GoPro can cause flyaways by blinding the 2.4ghz controller signals on the Phantom 2.
