after nearly 2 months i finaly got my order shipped to Dubai, but the shipping company is BSI which i never heard of and the tracking number is not clickable and as i cant find this company online i cant track my order. Anyone else got his order delivered by BSI ?

Had my order ship 6 days ago to Dubai, and got BSI as well. I was confused and contacted DJI support multiple times until someone from their support gave me the tracking link like yours from KingTrans. Now the first 2 days, the order was actually shipping and went from Shenzhen to Hong Kong and to the Hong Kong airport to be shipped to dubai. Now after 4 days, it is still in Hong Kong airport and not gone anywhere. It hasent moved for 4 days and this worries me. I guess the shipping company is extremely slow and we were promised DHL, FedEx or UPS and didnt get those.... Everyone in dubai is receiving BSI shipping for some reason. I hope it comes soon........ Maybe it has switched to another courier and tracking number to be delievered to dubai and is probably here, the worst part, i dont know at all since i didnt even get a shipping email or any updates/calls from BSI.

Nice find, the English version was exactly what I needed, any idea on how to contact BSI from the UAE? Can't seem to call them internationally, maybe I'm dialing it wrong, and the livechat keeps directing me to some QQ chat thing asking me to find it in windows store and then its not there, but when I search it manually it is in Chinese and I cant even make an account and it doesn't recognize that app as autolaunch from the live chat anyways

I have noticed they ship about 20 units on the plane at once, just adjust your tracking number to a lower/higher number and you'll see the range. Mine is in Dubai but handed over to an unknown courier.

What do you mean adjust it? Like search for numbers lower and higher than it? wont it show other people's tracking info then?

Yes it will show other's shipments but gives you a rough idea of how long it will take. Also some are updated quicker than others.

My shipment is still in HK since 2 days. I have noticed after changing the digits of my shipment number on their tracking website that previous shipment took about 9 to 10 days to get delivered in Dubai.

Mine has been in the HK airport for 8 days now and so have 3 other orders under mine.

They use a courier called DDU Shipping.

Yours will stay at the airport until about 20-25 above you are ready to ship as well.

There are around 28 more above at HK lap kok airport, I contacted DJI and they said its an issue and they are working to resolve it and sent a message to the shipping company, who will contact me hopefully soon. Bad experience so far...

WELL WHAT DO YOU KNOW, it has now left the airport just now
EDIT: Only 3 numbers below mine has dispatched, so total mine and 3 more (4 units) have been shipped, not 20, so its a different system I guess. mine and 3 units had been in the airport for 8 days, while one number above mine arrived in the airport on the 7th, and is still there, along with many more of them.

Congrats! Maybe shipping orders slowing down for Dubai.

My order has been delayed for more than 15 days till now, the problem is i am leaving dubai tomorrow and i don't know what to do , it was written that the order will be shipped in 1 day i didn't expect all this delay , i am facing really bad experience and i don't know what to do with the order!!!!

I am hoping I will receive before I fly on the 21st otherwise it will be a month before I can receive as away on business

I am disappointed with DJI service. why did they use such couriers when they promised to send via DHL/FedEx/USPS.

No update, I've been desperate and searched +20 above and below. Tracking numbers till 370-390 are at HK Airport. The rest 390-407 are at arrived in the point HK

I used to check the status of my order every hour,  there is no update since 22nd Jan.
Then today morning a guy came with a parcel. I immediately checked tracking status but it was the same old status and when i asked him what is the content? Guess what? he said Camera Helicopter

Well, Wish I were that lucky! Atleast yours showed that it was in Dubai. I have an outbound trip early next month and this lack of information is driving me nuts. DJI support hasnt got a clue. Just to ask any Customs charged ?

Nope, nothing.
I was happy that i received my order But later I got disappointed when I checked the price online from DJI mobile store. Price has Reduced from $1429-$1299 for combo.

In the current state of affairs, receiving a fully paid for unit from DJI is like winning the lottery. You my friend have been the few lucky chosen ones.

No, my region is UAE only. i know what you are talking about, but this $1299 price shows only in DJi Store (Mobile App) with UAE Region.

Tracking status still the same lol.
