I tried to get a hold of them ,, DJI..   on the telephone they can't  help me with my order number,, I go to the chat and they cant help me.. I sent them  an email and it takes days for them to get back a hold of me and then not very helpful is or anything I can do to cancel my order to confirm I don't want to wait for January to get my drone I want one this year     

Sorry for the inconvenience caused, may I know your order number? and you sent an e-mail to pre-sales with the same e-mail address you used to order, right? Please let me know your ticket number and I'll help you escalate the case.
