I just received my inspire and was testing downloading some files from the camera port. Reading the manual, it says to first connect the cable to the data port (is it me or is it located in a really unfriendly spot?) Then power on the camera. When I do that the gimbal starts spinning around and never stops. I made sure that the cable wasn't restricting the gimbal. I was able to pull off the files, but I'm worried that the gimbal will be damaged. Incidentally, my GoPro Studio program on my CPU thinks that the camera needs an update, to which I said no.

Am I doing anything wrong? Should I just eject the card and get the files that way?

Thanks
