Where are people thinking in terms of where to mount the N3 flight controller on the Spreading Wings S900? On the vertical plate like the A2? I see those who've mounted the A3 are putting it on the top plate horizontally?

You can mount it similarly to the A2 or A3 on the same frame.

Hi Jamie, Thanks - so on the vertical plate on the front of the frame? LB 2 then will go on the plate on the other side.

I'm confused as to why A3 users were mounting it on the top of the craft....!

I read the FULL manual for the N3 (what comes with it is only a quick start - RTFM!).

The N3 has to be mounted horizontally, so that would mean the top plate on the S900, and the GPS puck will need relocating in this case.

To get the wires for the ESCs to connect to the correct side of the N3, I'll need to have the arrow pointing backwards.  I doubt this will be too much of an issue - @DJI-Jamie?

A question for support - is it possible to buy the modified (upgraded) Top plat that seems to come with newer S900s? This would make mounting my N3 a lot easier.

Perhaps through a dealer, right now frame parts on the DJI Website are a tad limited.

My UK dealer couldn't guarantee if they ordered me a top plate if it would be original type or revised as the P/N is the same

Is ist possible to mount the N3 like in the photo and not on the top plate?

So it will be safer and I can use the S900 GPS mount
