Thanks for the response, I am purchasing a drone soon and wanted to make sure the restarting issue with the S7(which I own) has been sorted.  I will be testing with a friends drone later this week.  I will be trying my S7 with a P3S.

Up to some month ago, I was using a Galaxy S7 Edge without any problem, but since some time ago, when I connect the RC cable, or when I am flying, the S7  resets. Now I have to use the old S4.

Is there any solution for the restarting problems with Samsung S7 with Phantom 3 standard? It keeps restarting after flying for some minutes!

Ive been using an S7 since ive gotten my Phantom 3 a month ago and have had not 1 problem.

I have an S7 and the app won't even start. It just shuts down every time I open it. This is after uninstalling and reinstalling several times. It's a total joke.

I also have the same problem with my Samsung S7. I have read that with the new update coming soon!!!!! the issues hare solved. If anyone couldt post if this is true i wouldt be patience and wait for the update to come.
Also today flying with a Ipad Air suddenly it gave an error that the compass was gone, and it says that there is to much magnetic interference, but i am flying in an open space.
Gladly i managed to crashed it with a litlle bit of control. Nothing broke PFFFF. Anyone have experienced that?

Not sure on which update you are waiting for.  I have the latest November 1st security update on my T-Mobile variant, Android 6.0.1, build number MMB29M.G930TUVU4APK1.  no issues with P3S running DJI go version 3.1.0.

You need to update your S7 to the latest firmware version and all will be normal. All S7 owners had this issue but it sorted out by last Samsung update.

Try to install all last updates from Samsung. We had problems with S7 and video from drones but Samsung fixed it by last updates
