Hi, I'm hoping someone can help me. I have a new OSMO, I got it three months ago and used it a few times in everything seemed to work fine. And then it is been sitting for a month now with no usage. And now it won't turn on I recharge the batteries this morning and swap them out and it still won't turn on, Any thoughts on how to get it going again? So to be clear absolutley nothing happens when I do the on switch. thank you

Give the battery contacts on the battery and in the handle a clean with rubbing alcohol or similar on a cotton bud. Mine did the same thing and that's what it turned out to be. Just dirty contacts. Fingers crossed yours is the same.

Yes, just clean the contact points. If it still doesn't work, the battery is probably defective and you need to send it in for an exchange.
