Dumb question....how you send PMs to others??I tried a number of times to Jamie but seems cannot be sent successfully....

Unless this has changed , you cannot PM the moderator's or DJI reps directly in the forum. You can reply to them in previous posts or threads only.

To send a PM to others they need to be friends first. Click add friend and after they accept you as a friend then you can PM them.

With the recent changes, PM should be able to go through regardless of 'friendship'. We've been trying to look into addressing ones that have not been coming through both ways, so please bear with us.

I'm still working on your case to get you a better update, it's been a little difficult to get someting a little more immediate due to the time difference from the US to China. The PM issue is being worked on also.

Not a problem, it's easy to overlook. PM-ing has been a little wonky for some of us, but we're working on it.

The new forum software features are rolled out and some of these issues that we have had in the past are getting better!

I've received a PM from non admin Forum member, so it should be possible. I don't know why it works with some customers and not others, but it's being looked into.
