Hi everyone,

I just receive my Osmo yesterday, so I have download the app to connect my phone (IPhone 5) to the Osmo.
When i follow the instruction to connect it, wifi working and a connection made but it's my first connection so normally when I tap on "enter in live screen", a page come to activate the Osmo but nothing come, my screen become black, I can't change anything (resolution, format etc) but I've information about my batterie (strange).
I've decided to delete the app and download again, it's happen the same thing...

I don't know what to do, please help, I've to move in 10 days

If it's new you have to activate it. Here is the procedure:
If it's not working you will have to send it to DJI to get a replacement.
