Hello,

I noticed sometimes while landing my Mavic that the height is detected at negative alttitude (image attached).

Any ideas why this is? This is taking off and landing from the same location in my driveway, and have noticed this at the beach as well.

I do a compass calibration before every flight. Thanks for any ideas

Hello Wind Junkie, the altitude is measure by barometer and it's inaccuracy. It will be effected by airflow and environment.

Thank you Mindy. If I am consistently finding the negative altitude, is there any sort of action I can take to calibrate this? Thank you again for your info

You could try to do a cold IMU calibration and VPS calibration.
