Was anyone here with a Phantom 4 Pro going to get a Mavic but decided to get the P4P instead? I'm curious if it was a good swap, I know you can't compare it to the Mavic since you didn't get one. But are you more than satisfied? I'm waiting for my Mavic, I don't really need the compact size but it's what sold me. Now I'm thinking the P4P would be better as it has more features. So is the P4P reliable and all it's hyped up to be? Or is there problems like some of the Mavic's are having?  

I have both, although I haven't had a chance to launch my P4P yet because it's been rainy.

I was going to buy the Mavic but went for the P4P. The ONLY thing selling me on the Mavic Pro was the portibility. Everything else about the P4P is better in every way. I recently went on a trip and had to carry the P4P in the original Styrofoam case with my Ipad air for about a 1/4 mile and it wasn't bad at all.

The portability is obviously great but another thing I'm finding is because it's slightly quieter then the Phantom I don't have people seemingly annoyed as much. I had it out filming some surfing and my friends said they could barely hear it when they were in the water.

I got both, both are great machines, but since I got them I have used Mavic twice and p4p 10 times, but I think when summer comes around I may use Mavic a lot more.  P4Pro  as a piece of photography equipment is streets ahead.  If you don't need the portability P4 pro it's a no brainer..
