Dear DJI,

Can you please confirm that the DJI GO app is capable of doing FULL Functionnality with a Galaxy Note 4 ? I have the lastest DJI GO + OSMO mobile latest firmware and I cannot record in 4K, only 1080P. Also, When I select PANO (180 or 330 or 9pic), the software will take all the pictures but it will not combine them together and create 1 unique file. I choosed the destination folder for recorded pic to be on my SD card.

Please advise.

Yes, we're still working on Note 4.

About the pano, please try shooting without the SD card or save into your phone, and see if it works

Has anyone found a solution to this issue does saving to internal memory resolve the issue ?

DJI it's been 6 months since you've been working on a solution any joy?

Hi there, Brand new OSMO Mobile and my Brand New Samsung S7 - DJI GO app just crashes at launch. I also have a Note 4 and it work great but no 4K that was the whole point. Can we get an eta on 4K update or a refund. Thanks
