I finally received my Maciv today, and thought of buying the Care refresh now to safe things up. But unfortunately it won't let me pay via PayPal. I get the same error message every time.
Has anybody a hint what I'm doing wrong?

The error message is:
"Sorry, the address from Paypal is not supported in postal service，please pay again，enter latin characters only(should not exceed 52 characters)."

Is your PayPal shipping address the same as your billing address?
And it's not a PO box is it?

@DJI-Ken, yes the addresses are the same and paypal is working fine in any other online shop. I wrote a mail to the address you mentioned. Hopefully I will receive a feedback before the 48h are over

I could solve the problem by purchasing the Care Refresh on my MacBook. It seems that there are some issues when you try to do this via iPad or iPhone...
