Any reason for the preference in Vimeo over YouTube?

I used Vimeo since long time ago for my professional career. Its more towards pro users, with a Staff pick awards ect . Also more polished at interface, less ugly adverts and more "soft" on music implementation.
I do have YT channel as well just for those people who absolutely prefer YT but I really do not like it as a personal choice.

Yes I do always use D-log. My typical setting are D-log, Color settings to None, ISO 100, 4K, 24 fps and matching exposure at 1/50
