I just install a new gimbal  and camera on me P3S and I get a disconnect on the app and I 'am at a lost I tried everything and nothing just wont connect ,  does someone know what going on

Hi, maybe you did not install it properly.
Please try to replug the 6pin and 8pin cables on the gimbal and do the linking again.
If still no improvement, I'd suggest you to send it in for further evaluation.
