I have a 1 month old phantom 3 standard. When I turn on the drone the gimble starts yawing. Once I calibrate the gimble it stops. I have never crashed it.  Please help!

Does it quickly move or just slowly? And does it do it while flying or on the ground?  Mine slowly moves left and right, but the second I move the gimbal up and down it stops. I've dealt with it for 7 months and it hasn't caused any issues.

Have you tried performing an IMU calibration and a gimbal calibration in that order? Could you happen to provide a shot video of how it behaves?
