Hi,

I can download photos to the ipda no problem, when it comes to videos it goes through motions, takes a lifetime, then nothing appears.

I know I can download via the SD Card to the computer but like to send trimmed vids immediatley via ipad (or iphone following bluetooth transfer) so wish to have the vids downloaded.

Has anyone else had this issue and is there an easy remedy?

I havnt had this issue with the Phantom so its just an Inspire issue.

Ive now engaged my brain and it only downloads some video formats not 4k durrr

The reason might be because the iPad cannot play/display  4k video.

It says only 720p, 1080p and jpegs will be downloaded all other will be ignored, didnt realise i had shot n 4k at the time

Thanks for asking and figuring this out. I had done the same thing and couldn't figure out where they might have gone. I'm shooting in 4k and just for casual, pseudo training, shooting. I'm gonna change my format until I have a serious video subject. Besides, the high res are taking a lot of memory space when the subject doesn't warrant it.

Still dialing in all of my settings as I learn more about this versatile tool.

I agree Bkackman, Im also going to swap to MP4 as the size of file will hopefully be less too.

What do you mean dialing in your settings?
