Hi,

I'm sad to start my first forum participation with such a nasty error:

I have flown my Mavic a couple of times already without problems. This morning I did the firmware update to the newest version. Ever since I am not able to connect my iPhone to my Mavic.

The remote is connecting o.k. I can start the motors and move the gimbal, but I do not see a video image.

The app constantly says: disconnected.

I have downgraded the firmware and upgraded again.
I have deleted the DJI Go app.
I have installed the new DJI 4 app.
I have reseted my network settings on my iphone.

Nothing helped. Any further ideas?

setup: DJI Mavic, iPhone 5SE on iOS 10.2.1 (beta)

Hi Konstantin, since iPhone 5SE isn't in our device recommended list. It might be incompatible with DJI GO app.
Could you please change another mobile device to test?
And were you using type-C cable or original lightning cable?

Hi Mindy, I am also having the same problem after the recent update. I'm using an iPad mini 2 wifi with a 3rd party L-shaped lightning plug for unobstructed use when attached to the RC. I have used the same cable before the update and had no problem at all. After the update the Go 4 App is showing as disconnected a few times, even before take off when I'm standing right next to the Mavic. Closing and re-starting the App fixed it but for a couple times it became disconnected during flight as well.
