Hi Purchased the mavic pro , after the firmware update , had a fly with it , and it just moved by itself and it to a tree , i was only about 1.5m high as i was testing it out ,
When pick tne drone up andnstarted to fly it again the camera is working fine however the gimbal is not working at all , closer inspection i noticed the flat cable is snapped
I have dji refresh ,,i have emailed dji and also filled out the online forms , but am yet to get any instructions
Please advise as lack of DJI customer service , considrering i have paid for priority service as part of the dji refresh is very disappointing
