Nice video's.  I have yet to try this...I am thinking you did this in Tripod mode to get the moving part of the quad?  Any-hoot, good job.  I like it.

what should I say - don't know where to start cause I don't know about your skills...I'll try it anyway:
First you Need to set at least one waypoint with verry slow aproaching speed, for nightshots I normally use JPEG Intervall (open aperture, 0.2 to 1" exposure/ every 2 seconds). Video would also work but ist not the best Quality especially at night...optimize your Pictures/Video (Color/sharpnes etc..) and stabilize...

so to be clear you are using a shutter speed of up to 1 second whilst the drone is moving ? - at what speed is the drone moving ?
