It happens from time to time when you make sudden speed and direction changes. Just the gimble shaking and not being able to keep up. Cinematic mode should help a lot.
do a search for Mavic Camera settings, there is one out there I saw the other day, The guy does a really good job of show how they are working now, and how to adjust them to be smooth, I am not of a authority on the settings, but found it very help full// this is one, but there is also another one

Has the Mavic been crashed or hard landed?
You need to contact support and sent the aircraft in fro repair.
Hi,
If you read the post you can see that the Mavic is like that since the out of box without any take off.
My french dealer have repair it. Since i have 4 times "abnormal gimbal vibration" with few small gusts of wind.
I ve try too reproduce it, go at max with mavic in pitch and roll, but i did not get there. Can you tell my how this plate broke ? Obviously it's on the assembly line ? The operator who put the gimbal in place ? Maybe be too forced and damaged the gimbal, from wich the message "abnormal gimbal vibration" ?
just a lot more frequently.
i am in the middle of using the assistant 2 to calibrate and then redoing imu calibration as suggested.
will know later today if that fixes the glitch, i get it even standing still so far.

I do not know how the plate broke as I have not heard of a complaint yet that it was broken when received by the customer.

Maybe on this tread : http://forum.dji.com/thread-81712-1-1.html
this guy may not have seen during unpacking ?
Send the aircraft in and they will analyze the flight data, if there's been no crash or hard landing that shows up on the flight data recorder then it may be a warranty repair.
