My M600 equipped with A3 Pro had a serious issue, during flight and sometimes right after starting up the M600 i got a Barometer Error Foto 1.
After a long time dealing with DJI support I brought my M600 to DJI Germany to fix the problem, they replaced the A3 and 2 external IMUs, appearently they replaced them with USED parts, which is shocking! The supposedly new A3 alredy had 60 flight on LOG!

After the Repair I still have the Barometer Problem (See Foto 2), now I think I have to send the M600 in again to be fixed, but I suspect that there is a serious issue with the A3 main controller.

I would like someone from DJI to contact me to discuss further steps, European LAW is very clear when it comes to Repair and Warranty!

Because you've been posting on a few other threads, I want to make sure I'm on the same page thus far. For one, you've noticed this happening during higher elevations, correct? Could you happen to provide the case number or ticket number from the last repair so I can ttry to take a look at the parts that were replaced?

the case number was #361825. They replaced the A3 Main Controller and the 2 External IMUs.
I just need to put some pressure on DJI now because this is going on since October now.
Yes so far I have been able to confirm that it happens above 1500m, and not under 500m. Can't confirm what happens between 500 and 1500.

Really appreciate your help.

Same problem with my new M600 Pro. Identical error message at 800 meters above sea level, all normal at 450 meters above sea level.

Thank you for supplying this. I'm having this escalated to better understand what happened during the RMA process. Unfortunately my German is not the greatest. Just to make sure I'm on the same page, the flight records that you found logged on the unit are not yours at all in the slightest? Are the records you've found via Assistant 2 Software as .DAT files or via the Go app?

Just to clarify, do you have the newer M600 Pro, or is it the Standard M600 with A3 Pro upgrades?

I own a standard M600 with the A3Pro upgrade, the logs weren't mine, and DJI Germany already confirmed per mail that the A3 main unit was not a new one and in fact a used one from another customer.

Have you tried the most recent firmware, if you're not on it already? The version would be V 1.0.0.80.

It's back, has been for a while I just didn't have time  to talk to DJI lately about this, but it is still present but much rarer then before. please look into this in the next Firmware.
