Hi!

Yesterday night I was setting up everything for a long time exposure photo and I wondered if it was possible to capture the moon in my photo too. Unfortunately, the moon was a tiny bit out of the picture and the camera could not be moved any higher.

Is there a setting so that the gimbal can rotate a tiny bit further upwards?

There is indeed.  Under the gimbal settings in the Go app there is an option under 'Advanced Settings' called 'Gimbal Tilt Limit' with a slider to allow for '30 degree Extensible' which allows you to tilt the gimbal up another 30 degrees.

Very useful for certain situations.
