Are there any gimbal guards for P4P bird? I heard that gimbal guards may not work since the obstacle avoidance etc alerts may kick in? Please advice.

I've not found a reason for using one while flying the P4, and when on the ground the best gimbal guard is the box the P4 is supplied in and the supplied guard/lens cover!

Even if you find a supplier who claims their gimbal guard works with the P4 obstacle avoidance, remember that your warrantee will be void if you fly with one fitted and the problem is not the vision cameras but the ultrasonic sonar, and that will be sure to get reflections off any gimbal guard fitted, just because it passes one test doesn't mean it will be problem free in all circumstances!

If used on the bottom of legs on the aircraft you run the risk of interfering with sensors, I really don't think there is any need for gimbal guards.
