Just leave aircraft in a cold room for 30 minutes  minus battery for 30 minutes, then do the IMU.

Not a lot of difference, but you will find it takes much longer for the IMU to warm up before you start flying.

hallmark007 is correct, if you calibrate in a cool place the warm up time will be reduced.
BUT, the Mavic's IMU is calibrated at the factory in a controlled environment. It does not need an IMU calibration unless the app asks for it, or you have unstable flight characteristics.

I also have a question about the IMU calibration on the Mavic

The first instruction is "Dismount the propellers and..." but in the official vidéo you can see that during the calibration, the propellers are still on it.

So are we supposed to remove the propellers or not?

Maybe it's just a sentence to say something like: " fold the arms" !?

English is not my native language so maybe I don't understand the way this sentence is writen

I don't think it makes any difference to calibrate with props on or off, levels will remain the same, but remember on need to do IMU when prompted.
