Hi can anybody help me....
I ordered a Phantom 4 pro and some other bits from DJI store. Customs in Ireland have seized the packages saying DJI did not pay the correct amount of import tax on the goods. I will have to pay 23% of the total cost of the goods if I want my packages. DHL will be delivering the packages in the next day or so and will want payment on delivery. This will be  over €500.
If I return the goods will I get a refund.

Any info would be great.

Did you order from the DJI Ireland store ?
If not then you will have to pay the import duty and tax.
If you did order from DJI Ireland then you need to contact them as soon as possible asking them to sort it out with DHL.

You shouldn't have to pay for anything extra if you bought the unit from the DJI Website. Have you already gotten in contact with onlinesales@dji.com?
