As you state, the initial page is your total summary page.
The GO App/GO 4 App then tries to split out your different aircraft models, if you own more than one. For example, you might have a P3 page, a Mavic Pro page, and an Inspire page. These will be subsets that will total back to your summary page. In your case, the Inspire 1 page shows up.
The later version of the Flight Records also uses the GPS to identify the country where the aircraft is flying (Spain, Canada, US, Australia, etc.) and shows a flag in the Footprints section. Unfortunately, for 6 of your flights the GO App didn't record a location and split these six flight out by them selves. I have a few records that didn't identify the aircraft name and they simply read DJI Aircraft as the name and are split out.
Like the original Mavic thread states, DJI doesn't have a merge function, so we can either delete the incorrectly identified records, or live with it as is....
