So almost 3 months later, I get an email from DJI Support:

"Dear Customer, Your Phantom 4 Pro has been evaluated by our repair team. Your case No. is: CAS-xxxxxx... Please visit our Repair Progress Inquiry website or use the DJI GO App to view the repair progress. We will email you an invoice in two to three business days."

AN INVOICE?

If you have dji care refresh, your invoice will just read balance nil, seems a long time since you had your crash.

Well no one could tell me if I do have DJI care. Now in the "certified" seller's description, it was included. Now, it's not written ANYWHERE! Let's hope balance reads nil, bcuz DJI hasn't a clue as to how many potential companies might invest n their drones. Up to the commercial ones!

Update - 4 months later… NO DRONE, NO REPAIR… Only emails to sync, upload, and my email, which I did initially and 2 more times as asked. Seriously, DJI, how many times will you continue to ask?  "DJI SUPPORT” is a misnomer!
