So have been trying to find a way to request to fly in a restricted area around seoul for a fellow youtuber's video yet my lack of Korean language skills and not having an Alien Registration Number, I'm not getting any assistance on this matter. has anyone had any luck with this situation?

Safe flight, and especially East coast area and beach you should be very careful because of  lot of Military restriction.

I have been using Safeflight, although recently noticed that the restriction shows different now, like for some reason I'm able to fly by my apartment now.
