Hi i have the VPS issue and i've raised a case for the drone to be returned.

I have read

"Please make sure you send back all the spare parts and originally accessories that came with the aircraft."

Do i just return the drone or everything in the box? as it also says

"Please don't send your SD card, propellers or remote controllerback to us if not asked"

I think they want you to return the aircraft & remote controller (minus the SD card, RC cable & battery's), props, gimbal lock & cover.  I would not return the chargers, battery's, etc. unless asked to.

I agree with ProQuad.  Only send back the aircraft & remote.  Everything else they have to test the unit. Just make sure the gimbal is locked down.

What is the case#, and you can return just the aircraft/RC in the original box.

Hi Flameboy. I'm in a similar position of being in the process of an RMA and have conflicting advice as to what to send back. See here

As you have already stated, as seen in my "Global Technical Support Form" it states not to send the SD card, propellers or controller if not asked to.  It also states to send everything else back (I have the combo package) but have been advised to send the Mavic back both with and without a battery and maybe the remote controller. My fear is sending stuff back incorrectly and either not conforming with the RMA instructions or losing items on return. Good luck with your RMA, and If you're reading this Ken, could you advise my best options and can you take my case number to clear up these conflicting issues. Many thanks.

Have you tried using litchi? I have the same VPS errors with DJI go 4 but the mavic works perfectly when I use litchi. The point I'm trying to make is I think the VPS issues will be fixed in the next firmware update.

I had to send mine back for repair and I only sent the drone, everything was fine after that. I also just sent it back for a repair to the lens (blurry left image) & unstable gimble and I also did not include the RC.
