Dear DJI moderators, have any of you news on shipments of batteries and other essential accessories such as memory cards and reader. I'm out $6K and stock here with a great drone that can't fly more that 25 min, can record CinemaDNG and ProRes but not without the card and reader. The worse part is this is affecting my bottom line having to turn jobs away.



Please help. Some of us here depend on this drone business.

I originally ordered two I2's. The first one, a premium combo (order 0016799826780) I already received (minus the white usb cable). And the other one was also for a I2 with two extra sets of batteries, CineSSD and CineSSD Reader, which I had to cancel when I realized the lead time for shipping (order 0012781570990). So, as of right now, I have no pending orders. What I want to avoid is spending additional $ on those aforementioned accessories only to be waiting 7 weeks.
Any suggestions?

About the USB cable I thought mine had also been shipped without one, but my wife found it hidden in the same cardboard section the power cable had been shipped. It was only found when she decided to flatten all the innards and there it was. Suggest you take a look again?

I have an order where they sent the camera but not the other accessories.  Not sure if they canceled the the accessories but my CC card is still charged?

Since you had canceled the second order, we cannot help to check it.
But I will help to check the first one.

I think overall what would help is to understand as customer when we can expect those lead times to change from 7 weeks to 1-5 days.

I picked up my slave RC from Advexure today and ordered 6 Inspire batteries and got a shipping notice late this evening.

I'm wating as well since the DJI Inspire2 launch.
My credit card was charged instantly.

The lack of any pro-active communication and information is a thing that DJI has to work on.
My credo: 'surprise your custome' is ment to surprise a customer in a postive/proactive way.

Now I have to ask DJI again and again. And still the baateries and 2nd controller have to be shipped,
Not amused!
