Looked for the previous topic where prop mounts had a little movement in them.
Was it considered normal in the end?

No you need to tighten them, obviously an oversight...

What I noticed is some are tighter than the others but NOT for a lot. Also make sure your volume on the display is loud so you can hear the beeping warning if one of the props is loose.

I think they are meant to be this way, because I checked all my drones, P3P,P4,P4P,P4P+ and all have the same issue. I think some flies at different speed to compensate!!!

But you need to check before every flight that they are tight and if by any chance you missed one, the display will be beep very strong and loud beep AND YOU NEED to bring the drone down and verify all the props. It happened to me once. I rushed out of the card set up quickly and flew and I kept hearing the LOUD BEEP.

So now, I always make sure to hover for at least a miunt or two waiting and there is NO BEEP OR WARNING then I will FLY.

They may use a bit of thread lock, that's why the screws feel tight but mount is loose, probably best to remove each one in turn and add a little medium thread lock fluid and tighten beck in, you can either do that or send it back to DJI

Viridis, we're aware of that, will improve the product quality control.
While it does not have negative influence on aircraft's performance, please do not worry about it.

I found on my P4Pro, three of the four prop adapters were a little loose.  The mounting screws were bottomed out (they are shoulder screws) and torqued up correctly, so no amount of tightening them further would have helped.  I ended up making some packing shims from tape to remove the clearance.

I wonder if it's because the actual clips look identical to p4 except... They don't have the metal push plate underneath them packing them out?

"But you need to check before every flight that they are tight "
Draw a thin line across the top of the mount screws with a permanent marker, then when you fit the props it only takes 1 second to check that the mount screws haven't turned so aren't coming loose.
Doing this will remove the temptation to over tighten the mount screws to ensure they don't come loose, over tightening is not good with such small but critical screws.
