Where exactly is the central valley...  California?

Yeah California

I would assume the Central valley is the San Joaquin Valley,  Sacramento to  Bakersfield.,  looking for fellow flyers near Bakersfield .

The San Jouquin vallery,  stretches inland from Sacramento down to Bakersfield,  lots of farm land, bordered by mountains to the east and hills to the west.
Tulare, Turlock, Modesto, Stockton, Fresno, Bakersfield,  and alot more.

Ah-ha, kinda figured it wasn't going to be anywhere near my neck of the woods in the Ohio valley.  (Or more specifically, Hooper Holler!)
