Remote Controller will not charge. No lights, bars, bells or whistles. Can anyone advise me?

Have you tried to change another USB cable to charge the controller?

Can you turn on the controller or is it completely dead?

No. I don't have another Micro cord

Yes. It has 39% (was 42% when first unboxed)
