Please sync your flight records through DJI GO APP if you flew aircraft with the APP connected.
Also you can export the flight data through Assistant 2, then send an e-mail to support.us@dji.com with your app account (e-mail address) and the exact time when it happened, our engineers will help you analyze the data and let you know the data result.
