Where can i get a replacement gimbal lock? I don't seems to found it online or dji store. Please help Dji repenstative, I am from UK.

You should be able to get one from dji, they are the same as P4 model, I've seen them before on there sight.

The camera of the p4p is a lot bigger than p4 So the one on their site won't fit, dji support ask me to find local dealer, how will they have the gimbal lock on sell.

Well, I have to admit that I would not know at all where the gimbal locks of my Phantoms are as I really never use them at all. When I transport the AC , I put it in it's box and it feels like that gives enough protection for the gimbal. I had never any problem with the gimbals anyway.

Just to clarify, you haven't been able to find some from a dealer?

No, they all say dji does not sell parts like gimbal lock at the moment, May be later but they don't know.

If a dealer does not have one available, then you would most likely need to wait for it to be available on the DJI Website. It does take some time for these kind of parts to be made available from the Store. There may be some aftermarket ones available if you absolutely need one, but I do not know their effectiveness.
