I have a 1yr old Samsung Galaxy tab 4 I can use for flying the Mavic when I get it. It is ont he way from ShenZhen now.
I know it fits the controller. and I know DJI Go 4 will load onto it. I got that done last night. I can't do much to test it until the mavic arrives, but...

Does any one have experience flying with this tablet? It is Android v 4.4.  How does it perform with the Go 4 app on android?
I have a newer Samsung tablet in the house from Christmas. Thinking I can steal it from the wife for flying, but it would be partime drone duty though. It runs Android that is 2 core versions newer (6.01).

I need some advice from experiecned users.  Also, I could consider getting an ipad mini.

I cant get live video on android 4.4.2 on a samsung smart phone GT-N7100. Please let me know if theres solution

I never got the issue fixed.  moved on to a newer android device.
